NFPA 70E arc-flash practices and lockout/tagout on every energized system. We verify dead before anyone touches a conductor.
Stop Work Authority
Any worker can stop any task they believe is unsafe, with no penalty. No schedule is urgent enough to skip a control.

Certifications are tracked per worker and checked before assignment. Site-specific orientation happens on day one.

Much of our field crew speaks Spanish first. Every safety program, plan, rule sheet and training record exists in both languages, so every worker understands the hazard in front of them.
