Who we are

What we collect

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no user accounts. The quote form does not send data to our servers. It opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, and you decide whether to send it. The careers form is described below.

When you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, company, contact details and project information.

Job interest form

If you use the form on our careers page, we collect the details you enter (name, phone, email, location, trade, experience, certifications and anything you write) and the resume you choose to attach. The form sends this to our HR inbox by email through Microsoft Azure Communication Services. We do not store it on the website. We keep applicant information for up to two years so we can contact you about future projects, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

How we use it

We use that information only to answer your request, prepare quotes, manage projects and consider job applications. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business: Google Workspace (email), Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps (website hosting) and Microsoft Azure Communication Services (delivery of careers form emails), with our sister company Sigma Mechanical Group when your request involves mechanical work, or when the law requires it.

Hosting and images

The site is served by our hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs such as IP address and browser type for security. Some photos load from Unsplash, which receives a standard web request when the image loads.

Do Not Track

This site does not track visitors, so it does not change behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.

Retention and your choices

We keep emails and project records as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You can ask us to see, correct or delete information you sent us by contacting us at the address above.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
